The congress will take place in Valenciennes the 28 and 29 and in Mons the 30 and 31. A bus from Valenciennes to Mons will be organized the 30 and 31.

Coming to Valenciennes

By train

To arrive to the Valenciennes station, it takes 1:50 from Paris Gare du Nord or 30 minutes from Lille Gare de Lille Flandres. Check the web site of the French railways for other departure locations. From Belgium, consult the site SNCB Europe. At the station, take the tram direction "Université". The last stop of the Tram (Station Famars Université) is D on the map below, the ISTV2 Building (number 22 on the map) is between the last two stops.

By car

You have to take the exit 21a from the highway A2 (Bruxelles–Paris), in direction Aulnoy-Valenciennes, Université Mont Houy. Then follow the tram lines until the roundabout direction Trith Saint Leger — Livraison Université. Turn right (first exit). At the next roundabout, turn left and enter the University campus. After the gate, turn right and follow the road untill the road cross the tram. Just after the tram you find the ISTV2 building on your right (building 22 on the map, photo on the right). You can use the parking in front of the ISTV2.

How to reach the conference building of the University of Valenciennes from the Hotel Ibis

After a small walk to the tramway station "Nungesser", take the tram in the direction "Université". The last stop of the Tram (Station Famars Université) is the stop D on the above map, the ISTV2 Building (number 22 on the map) is between the last two stops.

A sheet with detailed instructions will be available for each participant at the reception desk of the hotel.
